SIMCA is undoubtedly one of the most solid companies in the real estate sector in southeastern Mexico. With more than 20 years of history, we decided to create a branding campaign that communicates the growth and diversification that the company has had throughout this time.

The storytelling focused on the need to communicate that the brand now provides a range of services that go beyond its real estate offerings, such as property management, vacation and hotel services, and community activities, making it a brand that offers more than just real estate.

The pandemic has been a challenge at all levels, and under the concept of "More than real estate", the company began a transition to the new normal on a global level. This campaign therefore, not only succeeded in reinventing the overall brand communication, but managed to take that first step to redefine what SIMCA has built as a community.

The campaign slogan refers to the company's growth and its commitment to offer more value to its community, creating divisions within the business that group peripheral products and services beyond its real estate offering.

The graphic line gives prominence to minimalism, using the brand name accompanied by its respective division; and the communication contemplated both offline and online media, covering most of the spaces where the audience usually is, physically and virtually.
